Every creation in our catalog is born on the island of Murano, near Venice, where for centuries Master Glassmakers have passed down one of Italy's most important artistic traditions.

We work exclusively with forns and artisan workshops that make each piece entirely by hand.

For this reason, every work is unique.

Minor differences in shape, color, thickness, or size do not represent a defect, but rather the authentic sign of artisanal craftsmanship.

Guaranteed authenticity

Each item comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity, which attests to its origin and craftsmanship in Artistic Murano Glass.

For many collections, the official brand is also available. authentic Vetro Artistico® Murano art glass., when specified by the manufacturing furnace.

Artisanal production

Each work is made individually.

We do not use industrial productions.

Each piece goes through numerous processing phases:

• glass fusing
• manual modeling
• decoration
• finishing
• quality control

This requires time, experience, and precision.

Customizations

Many of our collections can be customized.

It is possible to request:

• different colors
• custom color combinations
• different sizes
• engravings
• exclusive sets
• modifications to some models

For example, we can create a set of glasses with a different color for each family member, making each glass easily recognizable.

Production times

Many items are available immediately.

Made-to-order collections normally require from 10 to 30 working days, depending on the complexity of the work.

For custom orders, lead times are communicated prior to order confirmation.

Shipping

We ship to Italy and worldwide.

We work exclusively with professional couriers.

Each shipment is:

• traceable
• insured against any damage during transport

You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

Professional packaging

Glass requires great attention.

Each piece is protected with specific materials for the transport of glass works:

• protective paper
• professional bubble wrap
• shock-absorbing materials
• double packaging when necessary

For years we have been shipping glass art worldwide with the utmost care.

If the product arrives damaged

Although the packaging is designed to offer maximum protection, in exceptional cases damage may occur during transport.

We ask you to:

1. check the packaging upon delivery;
2. photograph any damage;
3. contact us within 48 hours upon delivery.

We will replace the item as soon as possible.

Receipts

Did you change your mind?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the order, in accordance with European regulations.

The product must be returned:

• unused
• in the original packaging

The refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

• soft drying cloth;
• Avoid impacts and thermal shocks.
